Assembly and Module Manufacturing

Many components are not yet ready for their final application after laser cutting, bending, welding, or surface treatment. Only through coordinated assembly steps, additional components, marking, cleaning, and packaging does a module become ready for direct further processing or installation at the customer’s site. These production-related services are part of the integrated overall process we provide at MÜNCH.

Assembly and Additional Operations

We complement manufactured components with the steps that are essential for function, protection, and downstream use.

  • Assembly and fastening of components manufactured by us
  • Installation of rubber, EPDM, and other supplementary parts
  • Integration of cables, buffers, fastening elements, or similar attachments
  • Labelling and execution in line with customer-specific requirements

Coordinated Workflows up to the Finished Module

Our strength lies not in isolated assembly tasks, but in their coordinated implementation within the entire manufacturing process. This results in modules that are prepared from the outset for their later use.

  • Assembly as a direct downstream step following production, welding, and surface treatment
  • Clear workflows for recurring modules and project-specific requirements
  • Fewer interfaces between manufacturing, additional processing, and finishing
  • Clean execution through to an install-ready or further-processable module

Packaging, Marking, and Provision

Even the final process steps influence how safely and efficiently components arrive at the customer and can be used. That is why we include picking, cleaning, and packaging in the process from the very beginning.

  • Picking according to project or delivery scope
  • Cleanroom-suitable cleaning where required
  • Dust-free and transport-safe packaging
  • Marking and provision for logistics, storage, or direct installation

Added Value for Your Manufacturing

Assembly and module manufacturing do not just add extra process steps – above all, they improve the overall production process. This reduces effort for downstream operations and ensures a clearly defined handover.

  • Components and modules from one coordinated manufacturing process
  • Reduced effort on the customer side
  • Reliable preparation for transport, storage, and installation
  • A valuable addition to sheet metal processing, tube processing, and welding technology
