Automated Welding Processes

We have been using welding robots in our production since 2003. This long-standing experience is reflected in the continuous development of our automation capabilities – with a total of 7 welding robots in operation today.

Our welding robots work with changeover tables. This means the robot can already be welding while an employee simultaneously loads the next component into the welding fixture. The result is reduced idle time and an economical production process.

Using our offline programming software, we can create and adapt robot programs without interrupting ongoing production. At the same time, our in-house design department can assess weld seam accessibility at an early stage and design components to suit the welding process.

We use both MAG and TIG welding processes on our robotic systems. All robot operators hold operator qualifications in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14732, and many also hold welder qualifications in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9606.
